If you know someone with autism, you know someONE with autism. My journey this past decade of raising a son with autism has not always been easy. I’ve wondered how God thought I could handle our situation, cried for my son to be cured, and prayed every day. In all this, I have found the blessings. I am a more compassionate person because of my son. I have a heart for those with special needs. I know I need to write our story: A Boy and His Mom – The Hidden Blessings of Autism. If God can use me (and He will and already has) to speak truth through my gift of writing, I will.
